Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
We process orders within 1-3 business days after confirmation. They are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- We will send you a notification once we have shipped your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard delivery time within Nigeria is approximately 3-7 business days from shipping.
- For international shipments, delivery may take 7-15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Shipping Carriers:
- We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.
Order Tracking:
- We will email you a tracking number once we have dispatched your order. You can track your package using the provided link or the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship within Nigeria and selected international destinations. Some products may be subject to shipping geography restrictions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Nest Graph Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return Policy
Returns:
- We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at mailto:returns@nestgraphltd.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please securely pack the item and include the RMA number with your return shipment.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If we approve your refund, we will process it and automatically apply a credit to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please return the original item and place a new order for your desired product.
Non-returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
